Bizzbug users can control which of their items are accessible to different people and groups using their permissions settings. It is possible that you cannot see the item you are looking for because the owner's current permission settings would not allow you to access it, not because it does not exist.
If you feel that the owner intended you to access a particular item that you cannot currently see, you should advise them to revise their permissions to include you.
You are the owner so you can see everything. You can control who else can see these by configuring the permissions.
Click the 'Manage permissions' link in the Actions list to configure permissions.
Bizzbug users can join some social spaces in "anonymous" mode. If you know this user is a member of a social space that is not listed here, that means they are participating in anonymous mode.
